Ingredients
1 ripe papaya; peeled, seeded and chopped
2 large ripe bananas; peeled and sliced
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup coconut flakes, toasted
½ cup cacao nibs
½ cup raw marula nuts
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Serve with –
Coconut yoghurt
3 tbsp raw baobab powder
Preparation
Easy peasy! Simply, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and squeeze some fresh lemon after mixing. Then, serve at the breakfast table with coconut yoghurt blended with baobab powder. You will not be able to get enough of this super healthy, delicious start to your day!
