Baobab Mayonnaise

Six ingredients and the touch of a button is all it takes to make your own tangy vegan baobab mayonnaise. Raw organic African baobab powder lends a moreish subtle flavour and some serious benefits for your health, the earth and in particular the African people.

The wild harvesting of the ancient Baobab, said to of been thrown from the heavens to the earth, gives a sustainable boost to the African economy while eating the baobab fruit does the same to human health. Lending a subtle creamy flavour to this vegan mayonnaise, baobab powder is blended with seeds, nuts and a few other wholesome additions to create this mayo in minutes.


  • Sunflower seeds/raw cashew – 100g (ideally soaked for 6 hours and drained)
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder – ¼ tsp
  • Baobab powder – 1 tbsp
  • Himalayan salt – ½ tsp


  1. Simply blend all the ingredients and off you go!

Serve with avocado and black salt
