Creamy Bao-mole Dip

Ingredients

1 heaped tsp raw baobab superfruit powder

2 ripe avocados

Juice of 1/2 a lime

2 Tbsp vegan sour cream *make your own, click here for our recipe

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Preparation

Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and put them in a food processor.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend using an S-blade until smooth and creamy. Stir in the nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavour, if desired.

Serve as a dip, throw a generous dollop onto savoury meals, or eat by the spoonful for that vitamin C boost and a dose of those healthy fats!

Can be kept in an airtight container (preferably glass) for 3 to 4 days.
